200g Tagliatelle pasta (nests recommended).
250g Cherry tomatoes, halved.
2 Garlic cloves, minced.
70g Fresh baby spinach.
100g Heavy cream.
350ml Chicken broth.

1 Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, sautéed onion, garlic, cream,, and parsley. Shape into small, uniform balls. Sear them in a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
2 Aromatic Base: In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and cherry tomatoes until the tomatoes begin to soften and release their juices.
3 Simmer: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
